GO Rewards Club Terms & Conditions
- Membership is free.
- GO Rewards cards and point have no cash value.
- GO Rewards Club members must be at least 18 years of age to enroll.
- A valid, government-issued photo identification is required to become a GO Rewards
member and to be eligible to receive program benefits. - Only individual persons are eligible for GO Rewards program memberships. Corporations
or other entities are not eligible to become a GO Rewards member or to accrue GO
Rewards points. - Indigo Sky Casino & Resort and/or Outpost casino reserve the right to deny application
for membership or terminate membership at any time in its sole discretion. - No person who has been placed or has placed themselves on the list of individuals
excluded from Indigo Sky Casino & Resort and/or Outpost Casio facilities shall be eligible
for GO Rewards Club membership or any associated benefits. - GO Rewards accounts and membership benefits are non-transferable under any
circumstances, including death and divorce. - Use of the GO Rewards card to accrue points by anyone other than the cardholder will
result in the forfeiture of the accrued points and may result in the termination of the
membership. The benefits of the program are intended for the use of the person named
on the account. - All GO Rewards Club benefits are based on the level of carded play. Tier Status will be
automatically upgraded on a rolling 12 months once point threshold is hit, downgrades
are evaluated twice a year January 1 and July 1.
To qualify for Swan status, the member must earn 5,000 GO Reward points.
To qualify for Panther status, the member must earn 15,000 GO Rewards points.
To qualify for Shooting Star status, the member must earn 50,000 GO Rewards
points. - It is the GO Rewards member’s responsibility to maintain the minimum GO Rewards
Club points required to continue to receive their current tier status. - Unredeemed GO Rewards Club points, comps and/or other rewards will expire after 12
months of inactivity. - Any accounts with no activity for 5 years will be deactivated. All promotion details,
points, offers, etc. will expire. - GO Rewards cards are the property of Indigo Sky Casino & Resort and/or Outpost Casino,
and must be returned upon request of Indigo Sky Casino & Resort and/or Outpost
Casino. - Indigo Sky Casino & Resort and/or Outpost Casino reserve the right, in its sole discretion,
to confiscate the GO Rewards card and terminate member’s membership and all
associated benefits for violating the GO Rewards Club Rules and Regulations; misusing

the GO Rewards Club card or GO Rewards Club points; or engaging in any fraud,
misrepresentation, or any improper or unlawful conduct. - Indigo Sky Casino & Resort and/or Outpost Casino are not responsible for lost, stolen or
mutilated cards, including rewards, cash and prize vouchers. Indigo Sky Casino & Resort
and/or Outpost Casino are not responsible for the resulting misuse. - It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that his/her GO Rewards card is inserted
properly in the machine when playing electronic games to accumulate points. - All GO Rewards points are subject to review and verification. Management reserves the
right to adjust account status due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator
error, fraud or misuse of the GO Rewards Club card. - Use of the GO Rewards Club card constitutes acceptance of the GO Rewards Club Rules
and Regulations, and all the applicable laws, rules and regulations of the Eastern
Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma. - Membership in the GO Rewards Club constitutes the member’s consent to be contacted
by Indigo Sky Casino & Resort and/or Outpost Casino about promotions, special events
or activities sponsored by Indigo Sky Casino & Resort, Outpost Casino and/or its business
affiliates. - Membership in the GO Rewards Club constitutes the member’s consent to grant Indigo
Sky Casino & Resort or Outpost Casino the full rights to use their name and/or image for
any promotion, advertising or event for no compensation, consideration, notice or
review, whatsoever, indefinitely. - Each member must select a 4-digit personal identification number (PIN) in order to use
the card for accessing free gaming machine play or other membership benefits. - A member’s PIN is not shared with any other person. It is the responsibility of the
member to keep his or her PIN confidential and secure. Members are responsible for any
activity on the GO Rewards Club card account when the account is accessed using the
PIN. - If a member enters an incorrect PIN three (3) times, the account will lock automatically,
and the member will be unable to access his or her benefits until the card is reset. To
reactivate the card, the member must appear in person with a valid government issued
identification at the GO Rewards Club desk. - All GO Rewards Club transactions must be performed by the member only and require
valid photo identification. GO Rewards Club account information shall be made available
to the member by telephone or email with management approval. - GO Rewards Club card and member benefits are void where prohibited or restricted by
law. Indigo Sky Casino & Resort and/or Outpost Casino reserve all rights, and may alter
or cancel this program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
3 - Winner(s) is responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or
1099 tax form, when applicable, provided by Indigo Casino Sky & Resort and/or Outpost
Casino. - GO Rewards Members may choose to participate in Indigo Sky Slots Taxable Accrual
program.
Taxable accrual is the payments of wins on Electronic Gaming Machines through
the use of guest self-serve, key to credit and taxable accrual.
All Taxable Accrual key to credit transaction thresholds must be verified and
processed by the approved team members at the Electronic Gaming Machines as
follow: - Guest self-serve option from $2,000.00 to $4,999.99.
- Slot Attendant or above verification required for $5,000.00 to
$9,999.99. - Slot Attendant and slot lead or above verification required for
$10,000.00 to $19,999.99. - Slot Attendant and Manager on Duty or above verification required for
$20,000.00 and above. - Jackpots in excess of $100,000.00 requires a notification to the General
Manager and ESTGC.
Any Electronic Gaming Machines which include a payout associated with funding
outside of the facility shall not be available for Taxable Accrual. - Beverage on Demand- All GO Rewards Members may place a drink order at the
Electronic Gaming Machines for Purchase or Complimentary drinks.
Members will be required to enter their PIN associated to their GO Rewards
account.
A valid, government-issued photo identification is required for all alcoholic
beverages. - GO Rewards member must be present during the promotional times of all GO Rewards
promotions to redeem/collect all prizes, gifts, rewards, etc. If the GO Rewards member is
not present, they will forfeit any prize gift, rewards, etc. - Any patron with a dispute resulting from game play or in accordance with any promotion
or event may file a prize claim with the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma Gaming
Commission, following the process available at the casino cage or GO Rewards Club
desk. - A current copy of the GO Rewards Club rules is available upon request at the GO
Rewards Club desk inside Indigo Sky Casino & Resort and/or Outpost Casino. GO
Rewards Club Rules and Regulations are subject to change at any time, with or without
notice. Continued participation in the GO Rewards Club program constitutes the

member’s acceptance of any amendment to the Reules and Regulations of membership
whether or not the member was notified of the revision. - GO Reward Club card benefits for Indigo Sky Casino & Resort and/or Outpost Casino
team members are outlined in the Team Member Handbook.
Indigo Sky Casino and/or Outpost Casino are governmental enterprise(s) of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma, a federally recognized sovereign Indian nation. The GO Rewards Club shall be operated in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe and the United States, the terms and conditions of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe’s gaming compact with the State of Oklahoma, and all Indigo Sky Casino and/or Outpost Casino house rules. Any individual’s acceptance of membership in the GO Rewards Club and/or use of the GO Rewards Club card shall constitute a voluntary and affirmative consent to the civil jurisdiction of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma and to the laws of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe with respect to all aspects of such membership, and, further, such membership and/or use of the GO Rewards card shall constitute a waiver of the right by a member to request a change of jurisdiction or venue to any other court or agency other than those of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe, and further, such membership and/or use of the GO Rewards Club card shall comprise a stipulation, agreement, and consent that any claim or litigations commenced by the applicant or member shall be brought exclusively in the courts or administrative agencies of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe as the proper and convenient forums.
